These Palm Harbor residents were arrested on a variety of charges from March 5-10, 2013.

The Palm Harbor residents listed below were recently arrested and booked into the Pinellas County Jail. This information was obtained from Pinellas County Jail inmate booking records. If a person is arrested, it does not mean they've been convicted of the crime.

Tuesday, March 5

  • Benjamin Brooks, 30, 12:01 p.m., felony dealing in stolen property, $5,000 bond.
  • Ashleigh King, 18, 5:56 p.m., retail theft, $150 bond. 

Wednesday, March 6

  • Dennis Oritz, 18, 11:36 p.m., resisting arrest without violence, $150 bond.
  • John Oltrick, 46, 1:03 p.m., two counts failure to appear on charges of driving while license suspended or revoked.
  • Michael James, 32, 8:42 p.m., felony petit theft (two prior arrests), $5,000 bond. 
  • Joshua Slaughter, 36, 12:07 p.m., failure to appear on charge of carrying a concealed weapon.
  • Christopher Parasco, 22, 3:14 p.m., domestic battery, $1,500 bond.

Thursday, March 7

  • Joshua Axelrod, 10:49 a.m., 29, possession of oxycodone, $50,030 bond, awaiting trial.
  • Robert Giannetti, 26, 4:52 a.m., domestic battery, released on own recognizance.
  • Ashley Knoedler, 18, 10:52 a.m., two counts felony possession of controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia, possession of a hallucinogenic.
  • Edward Ralph Rudeck, 60, 11:59 a.m., felony obtaining property with a worthless check, $1,000 bond.

Friday, March 8

  • Eric Leuci, 24, 2:43 p.m., driving with suspended or revoked license, $250 bond.
  • Christopher Moss, 19, 6:32 p.m., domestic battery, $5,013 bond.
  • Enrique Ruiz, 60, 4:35 a.m., failure to appear on charge of violation of domestic violence injunction, $2,000 bond.

Saturday, March 9

  • Dwayne White, 25, 10:34 p.m., failure to appear possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to appear possession of marijuana, released for time served.

Sunday, March 10

  • Mark Myers, 50, 9:19 p.m., felony driving while license suspended or revoked (3rd offense) refusal to submit to testing, resisting arrest without violence, DUI (3rd offense), $13,000 bond.
  • David Redd, 44, 10:55 p.m., domestic battery, awaiting trial.
