Redington Beach Gets Tough on Yard Clutter

Redington Beach has hired a magistrate to crack down on yard clutter that is violating local ordinances.
Commissioners voted to make Herbert Langford Jr. the special code enforcement magistrate, according to the Beach Beacon. His job will be to ensure that residents comply with code and also collect fines from violators.
Langford is an attorney and works as a code enforcement magistrate for Pinellas County and Madeira Beach. He also handles variances and special exception uses in Indian Shores and St. Pete Beach.
