Deputies Investigate Crash, Shooting That Killed 1 Person, Left Another Injured: Reports
The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office has begun investigating a fatality involving a gun and wreck in Plant City Tuesday morning.
PLANT CITY, FL — One person has died and another person has experienced serious injuries in a single-car crash and shooting that took place in Plant City early Tuesday morning, multiple media outlets reported.
A car overturned on its side at the intersection of Williams Road and Wilder Road during the crash, WTVT said. The incident happened just after 2 a.m., according to WTSP.
Information is limited as of 9:17 a.m. Tuesdayas the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office investigates the crash and shooting. Authorities did say that drivers can expect for this portion of roadway on Williams to be closed for several hours.

Police have not determined yet if the crash or the shooting is responsible for taking the life of the deceased person.
