"The Tampa Bay Austin Healy Club has been putting on this show for 26 years, and this is the sixth or seventh year we've had it in the vicinity of Safety Harbor," Maxon said.

"We have a great partnership with the city, and the proceeds from the show go to the Special Olympics of Pinellas County."

The free show, which will take place rain or shine, begins at 8 a.m. and will culminate with an awards presentation at 2:30 p.m.Β

In addition to a DJ, silent auction, car engine noise contest and accessory vendors, there will also be a Beatles tribute band playing at the Gazebo during the event.Β

Maxon encourages people of all ages, as well as fans of other automakers, to come check out their atypical car show.

"It's a little different than most car shows, because it's all British," he admitted. "But we've had people come from as far as Michigan and Texas. The British car clubs are a tight knit group."
