The fate of the Main Street Market is a key issue on the agenda tonight.
The Safety Harbor City Commission will convene tonight following the long holiday weekend, and there are a number of items of importance on the agenda.
One of the more pressing issues is the fate of the Main Street Market, located on the corner of 2nd AvenueΒ downtown.
Owners Bill Bailey and Kevin Heiser have operated the outdoor produce and fruit stand for the past several months, with the understanding that the city would evaluate whether the business is a viable one for the downtown district.Β
