Teen Arrested for Allegedly Selling Drugs at School

Deputies say Julien Martin, 18, of Safety Harbor, was robbed while trying to sell drugs at a local school and then was arrested.

Pinellas County deputies have arrested a Safety Harbor 18-year-old for allegedly trying to sell marijuana at a local high school. 

Before his arrest, deputies said the suspect, Julien Martin, was robbed by the people he was trying to sell the pot to. According to the affidavit, they took the drugs and money from Martin. 

Martin was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell and possession of drug paraphernalia.

According to the arrest affidavit, Martin intended to sell the marijuana to several people at the Life Skills Center North Pinellas County at 2471 McMullen Booth Rd. 

Martin, of Turnstone Drive, was also charged with having a scale and marijuana pipe in his possession, which was on a necklace around his neck.

The incident took place at 12:30 p.m. on Feb. 19.
