1,000 Grams of Marijuana, 10 Grams of Cocaine Seized at Sarasota Home
Sarasota Police detectives executed a search warrant at an 18th Street home Friday and arrested three men.
Detectives seized about 1,000 grams of marijuana, 10 grams of cocaine and cash from a Sarasota home Friday, officials said.
Officers from Sarasota Police's narcotics units and SWAT team executed a search warrant at 1274 18th St. and arrested three men:
- Quincy Taylor, AKA Quincy Jerome Haddock, 32, of 1274 18th St. He is charged with possession of marijuana with intent to sell within 1,000 feet of a church; possession of marijuana over 20 grams; possession of cocaine within 1,000 feet of a church; and possession of narcotics paraphernalia
- Anthony C. Chambers, 54, of 1274 18th St. He is charged with possession of marijuana with intent to sell within 1,000 feet of a church; possession of marijuana over 20 grams; possession of cocaine with intent to sell within 1,000 feet of a church; and possession of narcotics paraphernalia.
- Charles A. Johnson, 32, of 2728 Leon Ave. He is charged with possession of marijuana less than 20 grams with intent to sell.

The Sarasota Police Department maintains a narcotics hotline at (941) 954-7050. Suspected illegal narcotics or prostitution activity can be reported anonymously.
