3 Sought in Attack on Teen at Siesta Beach, Authorities Say
The Sarasota County Sheriff's Office is looking for three people accused of beating up a teenager near the picnic area early Monday.

Authorities are looking for three people accused of beating up a teenager early Monday near the picnic area at Siesta Beach.
The incident happened around 12:45 a.m. at the public beach, according to the Sarasota County Sheriff's Office. The victim, who was not identified, suffered serious injuries and was airlifted to Blake Medical Center in Bradenton, officials said.

The three suspects reportedly frequent the Payne Park area, according to a sheriff's office spokesperson. They are described as follows:
- A white man, 15-18 years old with short, light color hair, approximately 5-foot-9 to 6 feet tall with a slender build and wearing khaki shorts.
- A white man between 16 and 20 years old, similar in description to the first suspect and wearing jean shorts
- A white man in his mid-20s, described as “big-boned” with ear-length, dark and curly hair and wearing a tank top and shorts.
