4. Congratulations to Neal Communities which won America's Best Builder by Builder magazine, TampaBay.com reports. The award is based on "community service, design and construction, financing and operations, customer service and marketing," the magazine's editor in chief told TampaBay.com. The company had 403 sales and 376 closings in 2011, the website reported.
