Public access to restrooms at two City of Sarasota parks will be limited beginning October 1. The restrooms at North Water Tower Park will be open only for special events, while the Whitaker Gateway Park facilities will be open just on Saturday and Sunday 7 a.m. – 9 p.m. The adjustments are being made due to budgetary constraints.
