Arrest Made In Stabbing At Sarasota Nightclub
Sarasota County deputies say they've arrested a man in connection with a Thursday stabbing at the Beach Club.

SARASOTA, FL — A 24-year-old Sarasota man faces criminal charges following a Thursday fight at the Beach Club that left a man suffering from a knife wound to the back.
According to the Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were called out to a parking lot area in the 5100 block of Ocean Boulevard around 2:30 a.m. July 20. The caller reported a fight between two men that possibly involved a gun.
Investigators say the dispute between the two men erupted earlier in the evening over a spilled drink. After the bar closed, the sheriff’s office said Andreas Leonardo Montilla-Monsalve confronted the victim in the parking lot. He’s accused of hitting the man in the face and stabbing him in the back.
