Bicyclist Airlifted to Hospital, After Hitting Trailer
The bicyclist was critically injured when he drove into a bucket loader.

A bicyclist suffered critical injuries Friday, when his bicycle hit a bucket loader being carried by a trailer, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
The Sarasota Herald-Tribune reports that 23-year-old Anthony Robert Schepp was riding his bicycle on Webber Street at about 9 a.m.
When Schepp drove across the crosswalk at McIntosh Road, his bicycle collided with a trailer carrying a bucket loader. Schepp of Englewood was not wearing a helmet.

Victoria Ann Federico, 45, of Sarasota, was driving a Ford F-250 that was pulling the trailer.
He was airlifted to Blake Medical Center in Bradenton.
