DUI Wolfpack Announced by Florida Highway Patrol – Here Are the Details
State troopers will be out in force in Sarasota County targeting motorists for DUI.

The Florida Highway Patrol will be conducting another DUI Wolfpack Detail in Sarasota County to target impaired drivers.
The DUI Wolfpack is scheduled for Friday, Aug. 9, from 10 p.m. until Saturday, Aug. 10, at 3 a.m.
State troopers will be out in force in Sarasota specifically to identify and remove drivers who are impaired and intoxicated from the road.

There are no checkpoints. Troopers will be mobile as they monitor traffic.
Florida law considers a driver with .08 or higher Blood Alcohol Content (BAC) to be impaired.

Drivers under the age of 21 with a BAC of .02 or higher are also in violation of Florida law.
The Sarasota County Sheriff's Office also has announced its DUI patrols for August, including one planned for Saturday, Aug. 10.
