FL Man Drove Stolen SUV To Mar-A-Lago To Speak With Trump: Reports
A Sarasota man drove a stolen rental SUV to South Florida and tried to get into Mar-a-Lago to speak with President Trump, reports said.

PALM BEACH, FL — A Sarasota man was arrested after driving a stolen SUV to Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach on Thursday night to speak with President-elect Donald Trump, according to multiple reports.
Farbod Dolat, 52, drove an SUV rented under by a woman who was an acquaintance to South Florida, ABC 7 reported. She told police that when she went into a bank to withdraw money, he took off in the rental without her permission.
Officers responded to reports of a suspicious person, later identified as Dolat, on South Ocean Boulevard in Palm Beach around 9:15 p.m., reports said. The area is guarded by U.S. Secret Service when Trump is in Florida.

When Dolat pulled into the parking lot near Mar-a-Lago and asked to speak with Trump, he was taken out of the SUV and questioned by agents, WFTS said.

Officers ran his driver’s license and found that it was suspended. They also found that the SUV was stolen from the Sarasota area.
He was charged with vehicle theft and operating a motor vehicle without a valid license, the Palm Beach Daily News reported.
Over the past year, there have been several assassination attempts and incidents involving Trump.
In July, a gunman fired shots at Trump during a Pennsylvania, grazing his ear. Months later, in September, another gunman pointed an AK-style rifle with a scope through the shrubbery surrounding Trump International Golf Club West Palm Beach in a second assassination attempt.
And earlier this month, a Chinese citizen from California who previously tried to get inside Mar-a-Lago while Donald Trump was there in July made a second attempt to enter the property.
