SARASOTA, FL — A 14-year-old Florida girl was charged with second-degree attempted murder after police said she fired nine shots at a boy with whom she had an ongoing social media dispute as to whether he was gay.
Genevieve Judge of the Sarasota Police Department told Patch it is too soon in the investigation to say whether the shooting incident involved bullying.
