GTE Credit Union Robbed

Police are searching for the suspect who held up the GTE Federal Credit Union Tuesday. The bank robber had a goatee and wore a black T-shirt with a distinctive bald eagle logo.

, investigating the robbery at the , 3510 Fruitville Rd., have released security images. They are asking for the public's help in identifying the suspect.

The robbery occurred at approximately 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, police said.

The perpetrator presented a note to the teller, police said. No weapon was displayed or observed.

Following the robbery, the suspect fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash.
