SARASOTA, FL — A female laundromat bandit struck on New Year's Eve morning as a woman was doing her wash at Colonial Laundry and Dry Cleaning. Now, Sarasota police are asking for the public's help in cleaning up the case.

"The suspect is seen on camera walking into the business and speaking with the victim. A short time later, the suspect shows the victim a note that implies for the victim to give her all the money she has," explained Genevieve Judge of the Sarasota Police Department.
