Lime Avenue near from Fruitville Road to Aspinwall Street is closed after a contractor broke a water main on Monday.
Lime Avenue from Fruitville Road north one block to Aspinwall Street is temporarily closed due to unexpected road work.
A contractor broke a water main on Lime Avenue Monday, according to the city of Sarasota. Local thru traffic will be maintained to businesses and residences.
The city anticipates Lime Avenue should reopen by Wednesday or Thursday.
