Jesse Biter is a successful software engineer who longed for a casual spot to hang out downtown and drink beer with friends at the end of the day.

The Sarasota Herald Tribune reports that 36-year-old Jesse Biter, who runs a Internet company called Dealers United, serving the automotive industry, plans to open an outdoor sports bar.

He will open it next to an office building he owns at 1680 Fruitville Rd., which is also headquarters for Dealers United. It will be a short walk to raise a mug and hang out with friends at the end of the day.
Biter told the Herald Tribune: "I want to create a place where everyone can go have a drink after work.

Biter's Fruitville Road office building is where the HuB business incubator is located, so he is thinking of naming the new spot the HuB PuB, the Tribune reported. The future site of his pub was a Bank of America parking lot that he recently bought.
