Missing MA Woman Never Boarded Flight Home From FL To Boston
A missing Massachusetts woman who never boarded a flight home from FL was last seen at a Port Charlotte mall, the sheriff's office said.

CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FL — Deputies are asking for public assistance in finding a missing Massachusetts woman who didn’t get on a flight home earlier this week, the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office wrote in a Facebook post.
Michelle Woodbury, 56, was scheduled to fly from Fort Lauderdale to Boston on Aug. 17.
Her family told deputies that she didn’t board the flight and never returned home.

Woodbury suffers from bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder and substance abuse issues, the sheriff’s office said. She is not taking her medication as prescribed.
Investigators learned that a call for service involving Woodbury was placed to the CCSO on the afternoon of Aug. 17.

She refused to get out of an Uber at the Port Charlotte Town Center Mall, the sheriff’s office said. The altercation was resolved and this is the last time Woodbury was seen prior to her family contacting law enforcement.
She is known to spend time along U.S. 41 in Charlotte County, where she has many transient acquaintances from her time spent in the area in April, the sheriff’s office said.
Family members told deputies that Woodbury likes the Paddy Wagon Irish Pub and is known to stay at motels in the area or sleep at parks/in bushes.
