Police: Shots Fired, None Injured in Sarasota Neighborhood
The passengers of a car opened fire Wednesday night on a group of people who fired back, according to Sarasota Police.

An exchange of gunfire in a Sarasota neighborhood left bullet holes in a home but no one injured Wednesday night, the Sarasota Police Department reports.
A report of shots fired came in around 6:15 p.m. Wednesday from the area of Martin Luther King Jr. Way and the 2700 block of Goodrich Avenue. Witnesses told detectives that the passengers of a red Dodge pulled up and fired several shots at a group of people on the corner, and the group fired back.
No one was injured, and no suspects could be found, police said. Several rounds were shot into a nearby home but authorities say they don't believe it was not specifically targeted.
