Santorum Boosters Ready for Candidate's Tour

Republican Presidential Candidate Rick Santorum will stop in Sarasota on Jan. 29 and supporters are readying for his arrival.

Republican Presidential Candidate Rick Santorum will stop in Sarasota on Jan. 29 and supporters gathered Thursday at his Florida campaign headquarters in Sarasota to prepare for his arrival.

Jesse Biter, a Sarasota entrepreneur and Pennsylvania native, was named Santorum's Florida campaign chairman on Jan. 13, and made Sarasota the campaign's headquarters the same day.

Santorum is scheduled to appear for a rally at Dolphin Aviation on Jan. 29. Tickets are free and are available through Sarasotagop.com.
