SARASOTA, FL — After Hurricane Milton slammed into the Sarasota area as a powerful Category 3 storm last week, the Sarasota Bradenton International Airport will reopen Wednesday.

The terminal opens to the public at 6 a.m., while flights will resume at 9 a.m., the airport posted to social media.

The terminal roof was damaged during Milton and needed to be repaired after the storm.Travelers
