Sarasota Bradenton Airport Closing Tuesday Night For Hurricane Idalia
With Hurricane Idalia hitting Florida, the Sarasota Bradenton International Airport is closing Tuesday night and flights are suspended.

SARASOTA, FL — With Hurricane Idalia making its way to Florida, the Sarasota Bradenton International Airport is closing Tuesday night.
The terminal will be locked and secured at 7 p.m., while flights were suspended following the last Delta Air Lines departure at 5:23 p.m., the airport said in a news release.
Airport administrators plan to reopen it Wednesday at 8 a.m. pending damage assessment following the storm.

The St. Pete-Clearwater Airport shut down Tuesday at 3 p.m. while Tampa International Airport closed at 7 a.m.
