Sarasota detectives were notified by the Internet Crimes Against Children task force that Gluvna had allegedly been downloading child pornography again. A sear warrant was executed at Gluvna's home on Nov. 21.

"Computers, gaming consoles and SD cards were seized," Sarasota police said. Court documents noted that police discovered images and video of toddlers.

In July 2015, Gluvna was charged with 20 counts of transmission of child pornography by an electronic device.

Sarasota police said a search warrant was also executed against Gluvna in 2013 by the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office but Gluvna was not charged at that time.

"After a forensic review of evidence seized, no child pornographic images were located and it was determined Gluvna is using a wiping software of devices," according to Sarasota police.

Gluvna was being held at the Sarasota County Jail as of Thursday.
