Robert Mitchell claimed the million dollars — the top prize — and opted for the one-time, lump-sum payment of $700,000, according to Florida Lottery.
Mitchell purchased his winning Scratch-Off ticket at , located at 3690 Bee Ridge Road. The $10 Scratch-Off game has three more $1 million prizes remaining, according to Florida Lottery.
