Sarasota Prostitution Sting Nets 7 Arrests
Seven men were arrested during a recent undercover operation targeting prostitution in Sarasota.
SARASOTA, FL — The Sarasota Police Department has announced the arrest of seven men following a recent undercover operation meant to crackdown on prostitution within the city.
According to the agency, the operation was conducted Tuesday in the 4700 block of North Tamiami Trail. Its results were announced Friday. In addition to the seven men facing charges, officers also seized five vehicles under city code. Of those arrested, the youngest was 20. The oldest was 75, according to the police department.
