The parents of one of the victims told police on Sept. 22 that their son had been sexually assaulted on campus by Bradley while he was working at SSAS.
Detectives interviewed staff at the school, who told them that Bradley was hired on Aug. 4 and assigned to the aftercare program on Sept. 17.
On Oct. 17, several students unrelated to the initial investigation saw Bradley on campus and told their band director they were uncomfortable with him because he had been inappropriately touching students, police said.
Detectives spoke with an officer at Sarasota High School, where Bradley was volunteering, on Oct. 21.
The Department of Children and Families also did their own investigation into the allegations.
A second victim shared on Oct. 28 that Bradley inappropriately touched him twice during July band camp at SHS, while a third came forward on Nov. 12 to say that the suspect inappropriately touched him in late August or early September at SSAS, police said.
Bradley was arrested on Wednesday and during his first court appearance, on Thursday, he was given a $25,000 bond for each county.
Among the conditions for his release are high supervision, no contact with the victims and no returning to the schools.
