Sheriff's Office: Sarasota Man Had Child Porn On Computer
Sarasota County Sheriff's Office charged Cesar Gonzalez-Ibarra for 47 counts of possession of child pornography.

A 21-year-old Mexican native living in Sarasota is facing 47 counts of possessing child pornography featuring sexual acts.
The Sarasota County Sheriff's Office on Friday formally charged Cesar Gonzalez-Ibarra of 2054 4th St., Sarasota on those 47 counts of child porn on his computer, according to a warrant and probable cause affidavit for his arrest.
After an investigation by the sheriff's office Special Victim's Unit, a search warrant executed at Gonzalez-Ibarra's home on Tuesday, July 10, took possession of his computer and during the forensic examination, the downloaded files revealed Gonzalez-Ibarra's computer had videos and photos of children between 7 and 14 years old performing various sexual acts, according to the probable cause affidavit.

The files were downloaded between Jan. 21, 2011, and June 10, 2012, according to the probable cause affidavit.
Gonzalez-Ibarra was booked into the Sarasota County Jail, and he is being held on $235,000 bond.
