While Rohr was in the store, the manager was told she had entered the ladies' restroom with merchandise and CD cases.

The manager went into the ladies' restroom and found a partially torn package in one of the stalls. The manager found Rohr in the store and asked her if she knew anything about the torn package and she said "no," police said.

But the manager noticed a Samsung tablet under a blanket in the stroller.  The manager asked why there was a blanket over the tablet, and Rohr replied she just set it there.

The manager had no reason to detain Rohr but told her he’d be watching her due to the suspicious circumstances.

The manager contacted another employee and had the employee help Rohr in the store with her items and offered to place them in a carry bin.

An officer was then contacted, and the officer explained to Rohr that she was suspected of shoplifting.

The officer asked Rohr if she had identification and if any other items were in the baby stroller.  Rohr said "no’,"at which point the officer asked if it was OK to check it.

At that point, the officer noticed a torn Samsung package in the stroller and asked Rohr where the item was.

With this, Rohr was placed into custody and an officer searched the baby stroller. Rohr pulled the iPad mini out of her pants and the Samsung tablet from the baby stroller.

The value of the iPad Mini and the Samsung Tablet were $1,110.
