As of Monday, the Mellow Mushroom on Tamiami Trail was open as was the Drunken Poet Cafe on Main Street and the Tsunami on Central Avenue.

Brant's Books was open on Lime Avenue as was RxPalace Pharmacy on Gateway Avenue and Children's World on Bee Ridge Road.

We're going to continue to publish the directory on Patch, in our local email newsletters and on our local Facebook pages to ensure that as many community members as possible know the status of your business.
Dental Implants on Tamiami Trail and Krause Dental on Beneva Road were both open for emergency dental services.
Simple Seaside Ceremonies were still offering wedding services at home or in private settings.
Attorney Jonathan S Corchnoy was offering a variety of virtual legal services by phone, email or video conference.
The Automotive Service Garage on Clark Center Avenue was available for local pick up and delivery while Gulf Coast Auto Brokers on Clark Road was also available for pick up or delivery.
We'll continue to do this until this crisis has passed, and our local businesses are back to normal operations.
We also understand that many local businesses aren't open currently, but are working through contingency plans to open again soon. You can list your business in the directory and update it when you're back open.
