Woman Escapes Injury From Aggravated Assault
Sarasota County Sheriff's Office arrested two men involved in an altercation with a woman where one man threatened the victim with a gun.

Two men are in custody today after sheriff's deputies said they threatened a woman with a gun and another weapon.
deputies responded to 2784 Dueby St., in Sarasota at 4:06 p.m. for a disturbance where they said Robin Webster, 25, used an "electronic weapon" to threaten Kiona Duenas during an altercation.
Michael Rowles, 41, then threatened her with a gun inside of a car, according to a sheriff's office report, then Duenas fled from the car and was able to call for help. Duenas was not injured during the incident, according to the report.

The sheriff's office arrested Rowles on charges of false imprisonment, possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. The sheriff's office also charged Webster with aggravated assault.
