Bradenton Woman Killed In Motorcycle Crash In Sarasota County
The crash happened on North Honore Avenue just before 6:40 p.m. Friday, police said.
SARASOTA COUNTY, FL — A Bradenton woman died Friday in a motorcycle crash in Sarasota County, authorities said.
According to Florida Highway Patrol, the 37-year-old woman was driving a motorcycle south on North Honore Avenue just before 6:40 p.m. As she approached a curve north of Athletes Drive, police said the motorcycle left the road for an unknown reason.
Police said the woman was thrown from the motorcycle and hit a sign. She was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police said the woman was wearing a helmet when the crash occurred.
