Local Specials For Craft Beer Week in Seminole Heights

According to the Brewer's Association, Craft Beer Week is the "Mother of All Beer Weeks." The week is designed as "the annual celebration of small and independent craft brewers, their craft beer and the American craft beer culture." 

The weeklong celebration will last from May 13-19.

To that end The Independent will be tapping rare an unique beers each night this week. To keep up with what's up next, check their Facebook page. They announced plans to tap Nectar Ales Black Xantas Imperial Stout on Monday night.

The Mermaid Tavern is also celebrating, starting with 7venth Sun Graffiti Orange Wheat which is brewed in Dunedin.
