2 Injured By Celebratory Gunfire: Reward Offered For Information

A reward is being offered for information that leads to arrests following two celebratory gunfire-related shootings.

HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FL — As the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office continues to investigate two cases involving New Year’s celebratory gunfire-related injuries, Crime Stoppers has stepped forward with a reward for information.

Anyone with information that leads to an arrest in either of the cases could be eligible to receive a cash reward of up to $3,000. To be eligible for the cash, tipsters need to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-873-TIPS.

The first of the two shootings occurred on New Year’s Eve around 9:10 p.m. The sheriff’s office said Terry Wayne Snyder, 55, was riding a bike on Deerfield Street when he felt a pain in his leg. Snyder also heard fireworks.
