Upscale FL Hotel Welcomes 2 New Downtown Dining Options
Two new dining options, Riverwalk Terrace and Perk, have opened at two Water Street Tampa hotels.

TAMPA, FL — Two new dining experiences are planned for an upscale hotel in the Water Street Tampa neighborhood, according to a news release.
Riverwalk Terrace has opened at Tampa Marriott Water Street, while Perk, a market offering made-to-order menu items will open later this year.
They join several other food and beverage options at the hotel and its sister property, JW Marriott Tampa Water Street., which include Anchor and Brine, Lona, Driftlight Steakhouse, and Beacon, Tampa’s tallest rooftop bar.

The new dining venues are led by executive chef Matthew Brennan, the news release said.
“We are thrilled to continue our culinary evolution with the unveiling of Riverwalk Terrace and Perk,” Ron McAnaugh, general manager at both hotels, said. “These new dining concepts reflect our unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional culinary experiences, and providing a dynamic approach to our cuisine.”

Riverwalk Terrace is a breakfast and brunch destination inspired by the Mediterranean and serving traditional breakfast classics, as well as French-Italian-inspired dishes.
Perk offers a convenient and eclectic market with a variety of fresh, made-to-order menu items and grab-and-go selections.
JW Marriot Tampa Water Street, which opened in 2020, is at 510 Water Street. Tampa Marriott Water Street hotel, located nearby at 505 Water Street, was fully renovated and redesigned in 2021.
Both hotels are in the heart of downtown Tampa just steps away from Riverwalk and the Tampa Convention Center.
