2025 Tampa Bay Fall Fun Guide: Howl-O-Scream, Scream-A-Geddon, Oktoberfest, Pumpkin Fests

TAMPA BAY, FL — The autumnal equinox on Monday, Sept. 22, signals the official arrival of fall, but the season is already in full swing in the Tampa Bay area with events such as haunted houses and trails, corn mazes, hay rides, fall festivals and harvest events.

Sunny days and crisp evenings are perfect for outdoor fun. One can’t-miss event is Busch Gardens Howl-O-Scream event. Other haunted activities include Sir Henry’s Haunted Trail and Scream-A-Geddon Horror Park.

Meanwhile, farms throughout the region host pumpkin-themed and fall festivals. The German-American Society in Pinellas Park also hosts its annual authentic Oktoberfest even
