4 New Businesses Join Water Street Tampa

TAMPA, FL — Four new businesses — including three local brands — are joining Water Street Tampa’s retail and dining landscape, according to a news release from real estate developer Strategic Property Partners, LLC.

The businesses moving into Water Street Tampa include Pasta Packs, EMOTO Supply Co., Sip & Dry, and Saatva.

"With Pasta Packs bringing a unique culinary touch, EMOTO Supply Co. championing sustainable mobility, Sip & Dry redefining self-care in a social setting, and Saatva elevating our focus on wellness, these new businesses reflect our commitment to creating a vibrant and thriving live, work, play community. Together, they enhance the neighborhood’s dynamic energy and provide even more reasons to visit or call Water Street Tampa home.”

Tampa-based Pasta Packs, a fresh and gourmet pasta concept, opened a pop-up bistro on the ground floor of the East Cumberland Avenue parking garage.

Founded in 2020 by Tampa brothers Nic and Greg Bryon, Pasta Packs started as a way to deliver restaurant-quality meals to homes during the pandemic. The Water Street Tampa pop-up will expand their concept with curated dining experiences, pasta-making classes and a rotating menu of seasonal dishes.

“Our expansion to Water Street Tampa felt like a natural step,” Greg Bryon said. “The vibrant, innovative energy of this community aligns perfectly with our vision for creating memorable culinary experiences.”

EMOTO Supply Co., an electric bike and lifestyle apparel brand, opened inside Asher at Water Street Tampa. The concept combines sustainable transportation and high-end fashion.

The new location offers extensive selection of e-bikes, mopeds, motorcycles, and customizable accessories from premium brands such as CAKE Electric Motorcycles, Rad Power Bikes, Land Electric Motorcycles, Gazelle Electric Bikes, Retrospec Electric Bikes, Jupiter Electric Bikes, and Murf Electric Bikes, and CLIP.

EMOTO’s boutique will also include apparel from brands like Deus Ex Machina, Johann Wolff, Marrin Castello and others.

“We’re thrilled to have launched our all new flagship store at Water Street Tampa,” Michael Joyce, founder and managing partner, said. “The community’s focus on health and wellness aligns perfectly with our mission to promote alternative transportation solutions and sustainable living.”

Shortwave Coffee, currently located in Sparkman Wharf, will open a coffee cart inside EMOTO’s store in February.

Sip & Dry, a blow dry bar, opened its first Tampa location at Water Street Tampa.

The location features 12 styling chairs, a dedicated makeup area, and a champagne and wine bar.

In addition to blowouts and makeup services, Sip & Dry offers scalp massages, scrubs, conditioning treatments, eyebrow tinting and waxing services.

“We are excited for our patrons to arrive in style, receive hair and makeup treatments, relax with a cocktail and head straight to their car without ever leaving the building or being exposed to the elements,” Blair Hiller, owner, said. “Whether it’s a wedding, a girl’s night out, team-building events, or just a regular day, Sip & Dry delivers memorable experiences with unmatched convenience.”

Luxury mattress brand Saatva opened its doors at its Water Street Tampa location in November.

The state-of-the-art viewing room concept is located inside Asher and offers an immersive shopping experience with interactive kiosks, expert sleep guides, and the brand’s eco-friendly mattresses.
