This just in from Marti Ryan, spokeswoman for the county's animal services department: These pretty girls were abandoned near Carrollwood.  Diamond is a two-year old petite black Labrador retriever, and Blondie is her slightly younger, fair-haired sister.  Both dogs were already spayed and wearing tags traced to pets long gone.    Adopt one or both lovergirls at a special fee that includes vaccinations, microchips, current county pet registration tags and more. Visit Diamond &amp; Blondie (ID#'s1493910 and #1493911) any day of the week at Hillsborough County Animal Services, 440 N. Falkenburg Road.
