Biscayne Homes launches sales at Mirada community in Pasco County
With homes starting in the $600s, Biscayne joins four other builders at the master-planned community

Biscayne Homes has launched presales for a new neighborhood of luxury homes in Mirada, a fast-growing master-planned community being developed by MetroPlaces in eastern Pasco County.
Biscayne Homes will offer homes starting in the low $600s, with a wide range of luxury touches in residences that will span from 2,000 to 3,900 square feet. Upon completion, the new Eagle’s Cove neighborhood will have 94 luxury homes. Home designs will mirror those that sold quickly in Epperson, another MetroPlaces lagoon community located nearby.
Mirada is located in the Connected City off State Road 52 just east of I-75. Residents soon will enjoy access to a 15-acre lagoon, the nation’s largest. Homebuyers are also attracted to the community’s nature trails, parks, Streetleaf solar streetlights, and best-in-class ULTRAFi internet service. A Publix grocery store and excellent schools are just minutes away.

The community now has a total of five builders, serving buyers that are coming from elsewhere in the Tampa Bay area, from around Florida, and from other states such as New York and Washington, D.C.
“We are pleased to welcome Biscayne Homes to Mirada, bringing distinctive luxury homes to a community that’s already proving to be extremely popular,” said Vaike O’Grady, Vice President of Marketing and Communications for Metro Development Group, the developer behind MetroPlaces communities. Metro is developing Mirada in partnership with Encore Capital.
