1. Robles Park Village is being torn down and will be rebuilt as a 1,000 unit affordable housing complex. Current residents will be relocated and get first chance at the new housing when it becomes available in about a decade. (ABC Action News)

2. Allegiant Air will launch two new nonstop routes from local airports connecting Tampa Bay with Wichita, Kansas and Washington, D.C. (Tampa Bay Business Journal)

3. New details have emerged in the burned body Skyway Bridge case. The victim is 35-year-old Alisha Winfield of Tampa and the affidavit lists a man named Fred Williams who police are investigating and has been charged with tampering with physical evidence. No one has been charged yet in Winfield’s death. (Tampa Bay Times)

4. Burgess & Niple will relocate to Tower Place in Westshore after spending more than 20 years in Carrollwood. Tower Place is an 11-story office building totaling 180,000 square feet. (Patch)

5. The pandemic continues to leave people homeless in Tampa Bay. A nonprofit says affordable housing and shelters were already limited before COVID-19 disrupted the world and that the end of the eviction moratorium in the future will only make it worse. (ABC Action News)
