Body Found At Port Of Tampa Identified
Tampa Police say a 48-year-old man's death remains under investigation.

TAMPA, FL — The Tampa Police Department has released the identity of a man whose body was recovered from water near the Port of Tampa on Friday.
According to police, port workers saw that they thought was a man swimming in water near Guy N. Verger Boulevard and Barge Avenue around 2:30 p.m. on Feb. 3. Before long, they realized the man was not moving and called 911.
Tampa police and fire rescue units responded to the scene and pulled Aaron Roush’s body out of the water, a Monday email from police said.

“There were no signs of foul play,” the agency noted.
Roush’s death remains under investigation by the Hillsborough County Medical Examiner’s Office.
