1. Management at Villa Del Mar, a Clearwater condo, is being praised for taking life-saving action after being told about a building structural issue. The marketing director of its management firm said the company ensured its 20+ properties are in good shape after the Surfside condo collapse. (WFLA)

2. A 2-month-old kitten is safe after being rescued by Hillsborough County firefighters on Saturday. It was caught between a truck and gas tank. (Fox 13 Tampa Bay)
3. A Hollywood stuntman named Keil Zepernick has opened two businesses serving Polk County residents, called Renew Crew and Prolift Garage Doors. He previously lived in the Lakeland area in the early 2000s before providing stunts in more than 50 films and TV shows. (Patch)
4. The Tampa Police Dive team says it is "ready" if the Stanley Cup drops in the water during the boat parade celebrating the Tampa Bay Lightning win. According to Office Audet, "The Stanley Cup is much bigger, right around 34 pounds." (WTSP)
5. About half of Indian Rocks Beach eroded after Elsa according to coastal engineers with Pinellas County. They surveyed the area with the goal of getting funding to help replenish the beach. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers conduct beach re-nourishment projects all over country and Pinellas County was eligible for these projects after Hurricanes Hermine and Irma. (WTSP)
