Tampa Police Officers will be at the Krispy Kreme raising money from the rooftop. Chad the police horse will mosey through the drive-thru for a jelly doughnut, too!

Tampa Police officers will dangle buckets from Krispy Kreme's rooftop Thursday to collect donations for Special Olympics Florida.

The Tampa officers are on doughnut duty for the Special Olympics.  The annual fundraiser helps provide financial support for disabled athletes.

It all takes place Thursday, March 21 to Saturday, March 23, from 6-10 a.m.

Tampa Police officers will take to Krispy Kreme's rooftop to raise money for
Special Olympics Florida during the 8th Annual Cops on Doughnut Shops.
Officers will reel down buckets filled with coupons from the roof to customers
who donate $1 or more to the cause.

The money that is raised during the three-day event is used to help athletes

during the summer.
