Deputy Accused Of Selling Edible Marijuana At Tampa Jail: Sheriff

HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FL — Hillsborough County corrections deputy, Deputy Terry Bradford Jr., was arrested after being accused of selling marijuana-laced edibles to inmates at the Falkenburg Road Jail, Sheriff Chad Chronister announced Thursday.

“We have zero tolerance for any type of corruption by any of our employees. Bradford betrayed the trust of the agency and our community strictly for greed," Chronister said. "I don’t want the poor actions of one deputy sheriff to reflect on the hard-working, dedicated and selfless service of the men and women that make up the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office.”

This investigation is active and additional charges may be forthcoming.
