Double Homicide Suspect Arrested: Tampa Police
A man shot and killed two people who made allegations against him Saturday at a Tampa apartment complex, police said.
TAMPA, FL — A man was arrested Saturday afternoon after shooting and killing a man and a woman who made allegations against him, according to a Tampa Police Department news release.
The department didn’t specify what the allegations were.
Robert Webb, 65, went to the garage of an apartment complex in the 1100 block of Ray Charles Boulevard, got into the stairs of the residential building and waited for the victims in the hallway, where he fatally shot them, police said.

Officers responded to the scene around 1:15 p.m. They found both victims, who had upper body trauma and were pronounced dead at the scene.
Shortly after the shooting, Webb turned himself in, as well as the gun used in the crime, to officers at the scene.

He was booked into Orient Road Jail and charged with two felony counts of first-degree murder and one felony count of armed burglary of a structure with assault of battery.
