TAMPA, FL — As the possibility of a recession looms, the top five predicted trends in 2023 employment include two skills that mark veterans and transitioning military as ideal employees, according to RecruitMilitary.

"Veterans possess skills from military training that are embedded in their work ethic and are easily adaptable across a variety of industries and roles," said RecruitMilitary Senior Vice President Chris Stevens, who is also a U.S. Air Force veteran.

RecruitMilitary's mission is to provide veterans with meaningful employment by connecting them with companies that are specifically seeking members of the military community for their unique skill sets.
