Ducati Motorcycle Crashes In Tampa, Killing 28-Year-Old Man

TAMPA, FL — A 28-year-old Tampa man is dead after losing control of his Ducati motorcycle he was riding at a high rate of speed on Selmon Expressway east of Bay to Bay Boulevard on Sunday.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, around 9:30 p.m. the man was heading west on the expressway when the motorcycle left the road, entered the north shoulder, and collided with a chain-link fence.

The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
