Thinking about Drinking and Driving? Think Again!

The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office has planned heightened patrols and sobriety checkpoints to clear roadways of drunken drivers.

Not that drinking and driving ever is acceptable, but especially so this month the move will be costly for impaired drivers in Tampa.

The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office is conducting an “Operation 3D” public awareness campaign, named for the admonition: “Don’t Drink & Drive.”

Part of Operation 3D includes heightened patrols and sobriety checkpoints at advertised locations throughout the county this month.
