Easter Brunch, Dinner Will Be Served At These Tampa Bay Restaurants

Boulon Brasserie, Seasons 52, Eddie V's, The Don CeSar and TradeWinds Islands Resorts will be serving Easter dinner and brunch.

TAMPA BAY, FL — Skip the apron and cooking utensils and treat your family to Sunday Easter brunch at restaurants throughout Tampa Bay.

Maestro's Restaurant

Maestro's Restaurant at the Straz Center for the Performing Arts, 1010 N Macinnes Place on the Tampa Riverwalk, will host an Easter brunch Sunday, April 9, starting at 11 a.m.

Kona Grill Tampa

Indulge in favorites April 8 and 9 during Kona Grill’s weekend brunch and Easter dinner. The menu will include macadamia nut french toast or eggs Benedict, along with Kona Mosa and bloody Mary specials, or come for supper and enjoy prime rib surf and turf, available for dine-in or take-out.

Boulon Brasserie

Celebrate Easter with style at Water Street District’s Boulon Brasserie, 1001 Water St., Tampa. Beloved Chef Hab will prepare Easter specials for lunch and dinner.

From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., guests can indulge in braised rabbit with dumplings, spicy tomato sauce and brioche toast for $25. The dinner specials from 5 to 10 p.m. include crispy octopus with eggplant, arugula, and zhoug, a spicy cilantro sauce for $25; and a NY strip with butter-poached lobster tail, potato au gratin, green beans and a truffle jus for $95.

HEW Parlor & Chophouse

The HEW Parlor & Chophouse Restaurant at the Fenway Hotel, 453 Edgewater Drive in Dunedin, will host a family-style Easter brunch Sunday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

The menu will include deviled eggs with lemon caviar and roasted piquillo pepper, sweet baby gem Nicoise salad with egg, stone fruit, artichoke, mozzarella, haricot vert and olives, entrees of salmon en croute with dijon and dill cream, Argentinean-spiced prime rib with pinot noir vela demi-glace, herb-crusted smoked bone-in ham with Florida citrus gastrique, glazes carrots, rum butter and pecan gremolata, and sides of Brussel sprouts with lemon citrus pecorino, Florida pole bean beurre noisette, smoked white cheddar, garlic and herb mac and cheese and potato Lyonnaise.

Desserts include banana upside-down cake, turtle cheesecake with caramel, chocolate and bourbon pecan sauce and carrot cake.

Forbici Modern Italian

Leave the cooking to the chefs, and spend Easter celebrating with your family. Back by popular demand, Forbici Modern Italian, 1602 W Snow Ave., Tampa, will once again offer its Easter special seafood-stuffed crepes. Teeming with lobster, shrimp, crab, ricotta, garlic and spinach, the crepes are then dressed with a rich Parmesan cream sauce.

Open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Sunday, guests can also indulge in the restaurant’s brunch, lunch or dinner menus.

Forbici Modern Italian
Forbici Modern Italian will feature seafood-stuffed crepes teeming with lobster, shrimp, crab, ricotta, garlic and spinach, then dressed with a rich Parmesan cream sauce.

Duffy's Sports Grill

Duffy's Sports Grill, 1580 N Dale Mabry Highway, Tampa, is bringing back the Peep-Tini for Easter through April 9. It’s a decadent dessert martini made with Trader Vic’s White Chocolate Liqueur, Absolut Vanilla, Crème de Cacoa and heavy cream for $7.

The Rusty Lyon

The Rusty Lyon, 923 Broadway, Dunedin, is offering a special Easter menu which includes $1 Mimosas and $3 bloody Marys.

The brunch menu included cinnamon apple-stuffed French toast served with fresh fruit; quiche with roasted red peppers, feta and spinach topped with Hollandaise sauce and served with O'Brien potatoes; a ham steak breakfast with two eggs your way with O'Brien potatoes and toast; and a broccoli, ham and cheddar cheese quiche served with fresh fruit.

The drink special is the Peter Cottontail Bellini with champagne and peach or raspberry puree.

The dinner menu will include baked ham served with mashed potatoes and glazed carrots and a choice of soup or salad or fresh grilled salmon topped with lemon caper sauce served with rice and asparagus and a choice of soup or salad.

Cocktail specials include the Cottontail Martini with Malibu, vanilla vodka, cream, simple coconut and a splash of pineapple juice; Buzzed Peeps with whipped vodka, creme de noyaux, cherry vodka and cream; and the Chocolate Bunny Tini with kaluha, vanilla vodka and Irish cream.

The Don CeSar

The Don CeSar, 3400 Gulf Blvd., St. Pete Beach, is hosting its iconic King Charles Easter Brunch this weekend. Located in the King Charles Grand Ballroom, attendees are invited to sip on complimentary sparkling wine and enjoy the decadent breakfast display including made-to-order omelets, a soup and salad display, a kid's station, carving station and more.

Standout dishes include garlic and herb-crusted leg of lamb, slow-roasted king salmon and a three-pepper crusted beef tenderloin. The cost is $125 for adults, $50 for children age 12 and under and free for children 5 and under. Reservations can be made here.

The Capital Grille

The Capital Grille is offering chef-prepared brunch specials on Easter Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Guests will enjoy features such as lobster frittata with butter-poached lobster tails, 14-ounce bone-in dry-aged NY strip and eggs, 8-ounce center-cut filet mignon with white cheddar hash browns and specialty blueberry bread. New to brunch this year is smoked salmon and caviar, which includes Royal Ossetra caviar, crème fraîche and blini served with white cheddar hash browns.

The Capital Grille will offer a lobster frittata with butter-poached lobster tails.

Eddie V’s Prime Seafood

Eddie V's Prime Seafood is offering a prix fixe three-course brunch menu on Easter Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. with live music starting at 4 p.m.

Start with a house-baked warm cinnamon roll finished with cream cheese frosting. Then try one of the main courses such as butter-poached Maine lobster quiche Florentine with Fuji apple salad, roasted avocado and jumbo lump crab with lemon butter on brioche toast, or the 8-ounce pan-seared steak and eggs with potatoes au gratin and red-eye gravy.

Sip on mimosas, bloody Marys and Bellinis.

Seasons 52

Seasons 52 is serving a la carte Easter brunch entrées featuring seasonal ingredients, offered in the dining room from 10 a.m to 2 p.m. Enjoy selections such as crab and cheddar quiche, upright french toast with Applewood smoked bacon and wood-grilled shrimp and grits.

Brunch Sips are available to enhance the brunch experience, cocktails such as mimosas, sangrias, bloody Marys and rosé lemonade.

For Easter dinner, Seasons 52 is serving an apricot-glazed spiral ham with sweet potato mash and maple-pecan streusel, available for dine-in or to go.

For families dining at home, skip the cooking with the Easter Green Box To Go, serving four to six people with three courses of freshly prepared favorites. Each box includes a choice of apricot-glazed spiral ham, cedar plank-roasted salmon or wood-grilled beef tenderloin, plus salad, two sides, and six Mini Indulgence desserts. Each Green Box will be chilled and ready for guests to warm at home. Green Box orders are available for pickup on Saturday, April 8, to simply warm and serve.

The TradeWinds Island Resorts

The TradeWinds Island Resorts will be offering Easter options in three locations: Grand Palm Colonnade (lobby) and Palm Court Italian Grill at the TradeWinds Island Grand and RumFish Grill at RumFish Beach Resort.

The Easter brunch buffet at the Grand Palm Colonnade will have seatings at 10:30 a.m., 11 a.m., 12:30 p.m. and 1 p.m.

A sampling of the menu includes peel-and-eat shrimp; made-to-order omelet bar; Belgium waffles; Waldorf salad; traditional salad bar; carving station with prime rib and cured smoked ham; Yucatán mahi mahi; chicken saltimbocca and a pasta bar with penne and roasted vegetables and cheese tortellini carbonara. Desserts include assorted cakes and pies, chocolate fountain with fresh fruit, mini mousse shots and petit fours. The complete menu can be found here.

Prices are $61.50 per adult and $30.25 per child (ages 4 to 10). Reservations and ticket purchase must be made online.

Easter dinner will be served at the Palm Court Italian Grill from 5:30 to 10 p.m.

It will include two special entrée additions to the regular menu:

Prime rib with truffle mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables, horseradish cream and au jus ($55).

Grilled swordfish with linguini pasta, grilled asparagus spears and heirloom tomato relish ($38).

RumFish Grill will celebrate Easter on Sunday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.

A special addition to the regular menu includes grilled domestic rack of lamb with roasted baby vegetables, sweet potato hash and mint chimichurri ($48) with a lavender crème brulee ($14).

Carrabba's Italian Grill

Carrabba’s Italian Grill is offering a seasonally inspired selections. Guests will treat their palate to the linguine primavera plated with asparagus, peas, roasted tomatoes and artichoke hearts tossed with basil pesto cream sauce, paired with a crisp glass of California’s Imagery Sauvignon Blanc.

Other offerings include:

Tuscan-grilled lamb T-bones featuring wood-grilled lamb T-bones prepared with a signature grill baste and olive oil served with a bourbon mint demi-glace, paired with with a Il Borro “Pian Di Nova” Super Tuscan from Tuscany.

Tomato caprese with creamy burrata mozzarella, tomatoes, fresh basil, red onions, balsamic glaze, drizzled with extra-virgin olive oil and paired with a Fleurs De Prairie Rose from France.

Olive Oil Cake with citrus olive oil cake with lemon curd, whipped cream, blackberries and mint chiffonade.

Passion Pear Spritz with New Amsterdam passion fruit vodka, dessert pear, fresh lemon and pineapple juice topped with Riondo Prosecco.
